Our systems are made for long-term residential and commercial use. How long a floor lasts depends on the system and how the space is used, so we match the system to the job.
Our systems use UV-stable topcoats that resist yellowing and chalking, and flexible base coats that move with the slab as it heats and cools. They’re built for Florida sun, salt air and pool chemicals.
Most of our systems are ready for light foot traffic in 12 to 24 hours and vehicles in 24 to 72 hours. We’ll give you the timing for your system with your estimate.
Our flexible topcoats bridge hairline cracks. Larger cracks and joints are repaired as part of the prep before the coating goes down.
