Our systems are rated for long-term residential and commercial use and are built to still look right years from now. Service life depends on the system and on how the space gets used, which is exactly why we match the system to the use instead of selling one floor for every job.
Our systems use UV-stable topcoats that resist yellowing and chalking, and flexible base coats that move with the slab as it heats and cools. They’re made for Florida pool decks, lanais and garages.
Most of our systems are ready for light foot traffic in 12 to 24 hours and vehicles in 24 to 72 hours. We’ll give you the timing for your system with your estimate.
Our flexible topcoats bridge hairline cracks. Larger cracks and joints are repaired as part of the prep before the coating goes down.
