Commercial Floor Coatings in Northeast Florida
Built for business. Restaurants, retail, salons, showrooms, clinics and front-of-house spaces across St. Johns County and Jacksonville.
Commercial Floor Coatings in Northeast Florida
A commercial floor has to hold up to daily traffic and look good doing it. Customers notice and so does your team. These systems handle sand and water tracked in from outside, summer humidity and Florida heat.
The systems below are the ones we install for restaurants, retail spaces, salons, showrooms, gyms, clinics, clubhouses, and shop and warehouse floors across St. Johns County and the Jacksonville Beaches. Most go down off-hours so your doors stay open during the work. Free estimates and phased installs.

Graniflex
A multi-layer broadcast coating built to last.
Graniflex is not paint and not epoxy. The Permaflex base coat soaks into the concrete capillaries, a broadcast coat catches your choice of colored quartz or polymer chips, and a UV-stable sealer locks it all in. The Permaflex base carries 590% elongation, so the system flexes with your slab through Florida heat and summer storms instead of cracking.
Best for: Pool decks, patios, driveways, garage floors, walkways, balconies, basements, and any exterior or interior concrete.
- Bonds into the slab instead of sitting on top
- UV-stable topcoat, formulated to resist yellowing and chalking in sunlight
- 1000+ colorfast quartz and polymer chip blends
- Slip-resistant texture from the broadcast layer, wet or dry
- Chemical-resistant topcoat shrugs off pool chemicals, salt air, and most solvents
Rustic Concrete Wood
Real wood look, custom designed by hand.
Rustic Concrete Wood is a cement overlay system that bonds directly to your existing slab. A hand-troweled texture coat builds the plank lines, grain, and weathered detail, then integral stains layer in the wood tone of your choice (reclaimed barn, white oak, walnut, weathered gray, hickory, or any sample you bring). A high-performance sealer locks it in. No warping and no termites, and none of the sanding and refinishing that real wood floors need.
Best for: Living rooms, kitchens, basements, sunrooms, mudrooms, entryways, patios, porches, pool decks.
- Custom-designed plank widths, grain patterns, and depth
- Bonds to existing concrete: no demolition, no new slab
- Indoor and outdoor rated; handles heat, rain and UV outside
- Periodic re-seal keeps it looking new; indoor floors go far longer between re-seals than outdoor
- Optional non-slip additive in the sealer for wet zones
Metallic Marble
3D liquid-marble depth, hand designed in epoxy.
Metallic Marble combines industrial-strength epoxy with specially formulated metallic pigments that create true three-dimensional color. Hand designed by our crew, so no two installs are identical. Standard finish is high-gloss; a satin urethane topcoat is available if you want a softer sheen that looks more like natural marble.
Best for: Showrooms, retail lobbies, casino and resort front-of-house, golf clubhouses, tasting rooms, and any interior space where you want a statement floor.
- Industrial-strength epoxy with metallic pigments
- True 3D depth, hand designed
- Hundreds of color combinations from the manufacturer chart
- UV-stable topcoat that resists discoloration
- Choose high-gloss standard or satin urethane topcoat
Polished Concrete
Your slab, ground, densified, and polished to glass.
Polished concrete is a mechanical multi-stage polishing process. We use industrial-grade tools in multiple prep stages, an impregnating densifier to harden the surface, and progressive polishing to your chosen sheen. LEED qualified. Optional dyes and graphic inlays can be added during the polish.
Best for: Retail floors, restaurants, warehouses and distribution buildings, schools, churches, light industrial and flex space, and any space where the existing slab deserves to show off.
- Multi-stage mechanical prep
- Impregnating densifier hardens the slab itself
- Choose your sheen, from matte to mirror finish
- LEED qualified, low maintenance, never needs recoating
- Optional dyes or graphic inlays
Protector Color Flakes
The classic chip-broadcast epoxy flake system.
Protector Color Flakes combines a Concrete Protector epoxy base coat, a broadcast chip layer, and a polyaspartic or urethane topcoat. Choose from 1000+ colorfast quartz and polymer chip blends in six standard sizes. Match the look to your space. The result is a durable, low-maintenance floor that hides every minor imperfection in the slab.
Best for: Garages, basements, mudrooms, retail, showrooms, salons, restrooms, and any high-traffic commercial floor.
- Epoxy base + broadcast chip layer + polyaspartic topcoat
- 1000+ colorfast quartz and polymer chip blends, 6 standard sizes
- UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat that resists chalking and yellowing
- Slip-resistant texture from the broadcast layer
- Walk-on traffic in 24 hours, full vehicle traffic in 48
Italian Marble
Marble-look epoxy with hand-pulled veining patterns.
Italian Marble starts with the same Metallic Marble base, then a marbleizing spray process is layered on top to reproduce the elegant veining and patterns that make natural marble so sought after. The system finishes with an Epoxy Neat Coat. The result is a high-end interior floor that looks like real marble at a fraction of the cost.
Best for: Foyers, dining rooms, master baths, finished basements, hotel lobbies, salons, and any space where the look of marble matters.
- Metallic Marble base + a marbleizing spray-applied veining layer
- Hand-pulled and hand-sprayed, no two installs identical
- Epoxy Neat Coat seals the surface
- Marble Colors and Barricade Colors charts to choose from
- Interior decorative finish, not rated for direct UV exposure
Resinous 123
100% solids epoxy with a urethane wear coat.
Resinous 123 is a 100% solid-color epoxy combined with a urethane coating, and can be finished with a clear urethane topcoat for extra wear. The system is chemical, UV, and scratch resistant, and is USDA compliant as a seamless flooring surface for food and regulated facilities.
Best for: Warehouses, manufacturing floors, food and beverage plants, hospital and clinic service corridors, commercial kitchens, and dock doors.
- 100% solids epoxy + urethane coating
- USDA compliant seamless surface for food and pharma
- Chemical, UV, and scratch resistant
- Optional clear urethane topcoat for added wear
- Color-pigmented for clean, regulated-facility looks
Heavy Duty Rubber Floor
Tough industrial rubber for high-impact, high-traffic spaces.
Heavy Duty Rubber Floor is engineered for spaces that punish concrete: dropped tools, racking, equipment, and constant traffic. Textured for grip, chemically resistant, and fast to install. Stands up to abuse where painted or coated floors would peel or scuff through.
Best for: Laboratories, industrial floors, restrooms and locker rooms, schools and university buildings, veterinary and animal care, commercial kitchens, and kennels.
- High physical strength, stands up to industrial abuse
- Highly chemical resistant
- Textured surface for added foot-traffic safety
- Fast installation, minimal facility downtime
- Rated for indoor industrial and commercial use
MarbleFlex
Marble veining on the flexible Permaflex base.
MarbleFlex combines the industrial-grade qualities of the Graniflex Permaflex system (the same flexible base that carries 590% elongation) with the veining and color options of real marble. Highly crack resistant, rated for indoor and outdoor use, and far more forgiving on slabs that move than a rigid epoxy.
Best for: Patios, pool decks, sunrooms, basements, entryways, and any space where you want a marble look outdoors or on a slab that moves.
- Built on the Permaflex base (590% elongation)
- Highly crack-resistant, bridges hairline cracks
- Indoor and outdoor rated, handles heat, rain and UV
- Marble veining and color options of Italian Marble
- Custom designed by hand for each install
