GRANIFLEX: Built to Penetrate Into Concrete
A multi-layer broadcast coating built for pool decks, patios, garage floors, and any concrete that takes the Florida sun.
What It Is
Graniflex is not paint and it is not epoxy. It is a multi-layer broadcast system that penetrates into the concrete instead of sitting on top of it.
A Permaflex prime coat penetrates roughly a quarter-inch into the slab’s capillaries, then a Permaflex broadcast coat catches your chosen quartz or polymer chips, and a UV-stable sealer locks the surface in.
Graniflex carries 590% elongation, so it flexes with your slab as it heats and cools instead of cracking. The topcoat is UV-stable, the broadcast layer creates a slip-resistant texture, and the color sits inside the broadcast media rather than in a surface film, so there is no pigment layer on top to fade away.

What Makes Our Graniflex Different
Ultimate Penetration for Ultimate Adhesion
The Permaflex base coat penetrates roughly a quarter-inch into the concrete capillaries, so the system is mechanically locked in instead of just glued on top.
590% Elongation
The Permaflex base is the most flexible decorative concrete coating in the lineup. It moves with your slab as it heats and cools instead of cracking.
UV-Stable Topcoat
The sealer is designed to resist chalking, yellowing and fading in direct sun. Color sits inside the broadcast layer, not painted on top.
1000+ Color Combos
Choose from over 150 colorfast quartz and polymer chip styles in six standard sizes. Match the look to your patio stone, siding, or interior palette.
Slip-Resistant Texture
The broadcast media gives the surface a grippy, slip-resistant texture.
Chemical Resistant
The non-porous topcoat resists pool chemicals, salt air, gasoline, and most household solvents without staining.
Graniflex FAQs
Pool decks, back patios, walkways, driveways, garage floors, balconies, and any exterior concrete that takes weather and foot traffic. Graniflex is also suited to indoor use in basements, kitchens, sunrooms, retail, and showrooms.
No. Epoxy is rigid and gets brittle with age, and it is not UV-stable on its own. Graniflex stays flexible with 590% elongation, and its UV-stable topcoat is designed to resist yellowing in sunlight.
Yes in most cases. The flexible Permaflex base bridges hairline cracks. Larger cracks and joints are repaired as part of the prep before the system goes down.
The broadcast media creates a textured surface built to hold traction when wet, and we can dial up the texture for high-splash zones like pool steps and shower-in surrounds.
Light foot traffic in 12 to 24 hours and full use in 24 to 72 hours, depending on the system and slab conditions. Each layer has to cure before the next goes down, so installs usually run 1 to 3 days depending on slab size.
